Più finlandese dei finlandesi mi sono esibito in questa tipica ricetta finlandese. Molto semplice. Soffriggete la carne nel burro e ponetela nel piatto con purè e marmellata di ribes. La renna la potete acquistare surgelata, com´è  surgelata quella che si compera qui nel sud della Finlandia. Deliziosamente  amarognolo per la presenza di segale. Il più economico pane nei supermercati finlandesi. Da mangiarsi  imburrato  con l´aggiunta di senape e l´immancabile kurku (cetriolo)  con  salumi, formaggi, pesci crudi o affumicati (salmone, arringhe, coregone).

<p>Mettete sul fuoco un litro e mezzo di                                          acqua, salate e appena bolle versate,                                          sempre rimestando, la farina a pioggia.<br />
Cuocete, girando sempre, per circa mezz’ora.<br />
La polenta quando è pronta deve                                          “soffiare”.<br />
Aiutandovi con un cucchiaio, ogni volta                                          immerso in acqua fredda, fatene delle                                          pallette che disporrete, una accanto all’altra,                                          su di un vassoio sul quale avrete precedentemente                                          messo qualche cucchiaiata di sugo.<br />
Cospargete gli gnocchi con abbondante                                          sugo e parmigiano, poi fate un altro strato                                          di gnocchi e terminate con sugo e parmigiano.</p>
<p><b>Note:</b></p>
<p><i>Il sugo più usato per questo                                          è quello classico di carne, ma                                          spesso si prepara anche un’ottima                                          salsa a base di <u><font color="#ff0000"><b>funghi porcini</b></font></u> fatti al                                          pomodoro.</i></p>

		<description><![CDATA[E´tradizione in Kenya nelle grandi occasioni (matrimoni) uccidere una capra e  arrostirla.

La testa viene poi bollita e la parte più prelibata é la lingua.Deliziosa.Io l´ho assaggiata la sera.
Mi è stata offerta anche la mattina dopo verso le 11, ma non ne ho approfittato.

<p><font color="#999999"><strong>Ingredienti</strong>: <a href="http://www.tuko.fi/tuotteet/elindex.php?name=elluettelo.php&amp;src=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.tuko.fi%2Ftuotteet%2Felluettelo.php" target="_blank">ranskaperunat</a> eldorado,  ryynimakkara (wurstel arrichiti di semi d´orzo), grilli makkara (wurstel finlandese), pancetta, cipolla, senape finlandese, formaggio plasticato (Edamer), un pomodoro (per spurgare un po´).</font></p>
<p><font color="#999999">Tutte le lager finlandesi hanno un forte sapore d´orzo. Karjala é un po´piú dolce e ben si adatta con l´abbinamento cipolla fritta-grillimakkara. Ma Kurho si esalta con ryynimakkara e le papille gustative nistriscono quando l´unto ti pervade la bocca. Entrambi i wurstel sono stati foderati con pancetta giusto per farci del male ancora di più.</font></p>
<p><font color="#999999">Come digestivo sarebbe stata perfetta della vodka finlandese, ma perchè togliersi dalla bocca quella piacevole sensazione di unto?</font></p>
